Ekorra is a product of Neural North, a Montréal company. We do one thing: help small professional-services firms get the right documents from their clients, without those documents sitting in email inboxes.
Why this product
In a brokerage or an accounting firm, nobody chose their profession to chase clients and open attachments. Yet that is where whole hours go: asking for the list, getting the wrong year, writing back, waiting.
We built Ekorra so documents stop travelling by email — and so checking them, the most thankless task in a firm, happens the moment the file arrives, while your client is still at their screen.
We are at the beginning. The product works, and we are looking for our first pilot firms to decide what comes next with them.

Three principles that don’t move
The AI assists, a person decides
The AI proposes a list, with the quote that justifies each document; it flags a file that doesn’t match and explains why. It makes no decision: you approve the list before it goes out and every document before closing the file.
Hosted in Canada
Files, database and AI processing run in Google Cloud’s Montréal region. It is a written commitment in our terms, not a preference.
We delete what we no longer need to keep
Documents are permanently deleted 12 months after a request is closed. Ekorra is for collecting and checking; your permanent file lives with you.
