Never attach a client document, an ID or a statement to an email — not to us, not to anyone. That is exactly the problem Ekorra solves: describe the situation, and we’ll tell you how to proceed.
Did a firm send you an Ekorra link?
For any question about the documents requested, write to your firm: the “Write to” button in your portal relays your message to them. We do not look at your file and cannot answer on their behalf. Your link no longer works? Request a new one from the link page, or from your firm.
